ABOUT US
CCHMR (CREATE Centre for Human and Market Research) is a sister unit of CREATE (Centre for Research Evaluation Analysis Training & Education), a well known research and consultancy organization based in Lucknow. CREATE which made a humble beginning only 10 years back has created a niche for itself among the clientele particularly those associated with the social development sector. Integrity, quality and the strong work ethics are the cornerstones of this organization.

OBJECTIVE OF SETTING UP CCHMR
In CREATE, the focus area of work remains studies in social development sector, especially those in population, health, socio-economic and women & child development sectors. Thus CCHMR has been established with the idea of primarily engaging itself in assignments pertaining to market and business research studies.

To begin with, besides offering services directly to the clients, CCHMR has associated itself with large research giants in market research sector to provide quality data collection/field services using its network and extensive experience of executives from the parent organization now playing a key role in its team.

GEOGRAPHICAL OUTREACH
CCHMR has its head office in Lucknow and also maintain offices in Bhopal and Dehradun. We have a well-furnished office with full-fledged communication facilities, including broadband internet connections, advance computer for handling and processing a large volume of data, a well-stocked library equipped with various publications, journals, documents and reports. The organization has an experienced and a well-equipped team of the research professionals as well as field professionals to undertake field activities/fieldwork in Uttar Pradesh and adjoining states.

TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS
Headed by a seasoned professional who had earlier worked with ORG for about 13 years (now AC Neilson ORG-MARG), the core team of professionals comprises people drawn from various disciplines, who have worked with reputed organizations and institutes/departments in the country. The solid background of the leadership team and the employees allow us to deliver very high quality service. Also the smaller size of our organization, translating into lower overheads, allows us to provide the cost competitiveness that cannot be found in large research outfits.

TRAINING FACILITIES
For the training of research associates, field supervisors and interviewers, we have an in-house well-equipped air-conditioned training hall with seating capacity of more than 50 people

The organization is well equipped to handle large volumes of data and has the requisite manpower acquainted with the use of latest and advanced software used for data processing and analysis purpose.
