Description
ERA Marketing Center was founded in 1996 as Bilesim International Research Center Ltd. (branch of Bilesim International Research & Consultancy Co., headquartered in Istanbul , Turkey ).
ERA re-registered as a private Azeri enterprise in Baku , Azerbaijan in 2000. ERA is the first full scale marketing research agency in Azerbaijan conducting qualitative, quantitative and desk research studies for various clientele. ERA has partnered with Citizen Development Corps; United States based non-profit organization at the implementation of “Economic Enterprise Development Program” in Azerbaijan from 1999 to 2004.
Being a close partner of Bilesim International Research & Consultancy, ERA continually complied with the codes and guidelines of ESOMAR – The World Association of Research Professionals. Considering the growing requirements of current and potential customers for marketing quality services, ERA got registered at ESOMAR.
With the goal of an active participation at economy development processes, to share with worldwide company experiences and to be effectively represented at Azeri and foreign business communities, ERA Marketing Center has joined American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Azerbaijan.
At present, ERA's research services are not restricted within the boundaries of Azerbaijan. Keeping in direct contact with the research agencies of Georgia and Kazakhstan , ERA obtained the opportunity of conducting research projects in these states. Based on the partnership relations with Bilesim, ERA offers research services in about 80 states over the world.
In 2006 ERA Marketing Center was licensed for production and sales of TGI (Target Group Index) project in Azerbaijan through COMCON-2 (the company that was licensed for TGI production and sales in Russia). TGI is global network of single-source market research surveys conducted in 60 countries since 1960s.
