Essential Research is the research division of Essential Media Communications, an Australian public affairs, research and social marketing company.
Our clients are key stakeholders in the social, environment, workplace and political spheres. We specialise in strategic research to inform marketing and communication planning, media management, advertising and design, media training, crisis and issues management, membership communications and public campaigns.
Our work commonly covers sensitive and controversial matters in health, justice, education, industrial relations, superannuation and the environment.
We believe that existing views and actions need to be defined by research and compared to desired views and actions. The difference between the two defines the communications and marketing task.
