Description
Information International, a leading Beirut-based research and consultancy firm, has been founded in 1995 with the awareness that a vacuum exists in the field of survey research, database collection, and analysis in the MENA Region. We are currently conducting major feasibility studies and research projects, including development and needs assessment in health, education, agriculture, infrastructure facilities, demographic, technical assistance and socio-economic studies, including projects evaluation and impact assessment.

Information International has a staff of 25 full time employees and over 135 field surveyors available in different regions across Lebanon. Information International also draws on the expertise of over 20 consultants and experts in different fields, especially in the fields of economic and social development.

A department specialized in planning and organizing training programs, including workshops, seminars and conferences, has been established and is currently operating at Information International. A well equipped conference room (Al-Muntada) with adequate audiovisuals and video conferencing facilities has been established. Al-Muntada is used for conferences, meetings, workshops and training space as necessary.

Information International has also established branches and representative offices in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Bahrain, Morocco and Egypt, with a team of around 30 surveyors in each of those countries.

Since 1997, Information International works very closely with The Social and Cultural Development Association (INMA), a non-profit non-governmental organization with a wide scope of activities that service cluster of villages and specific neighborhoods throughout Lebanon. INMA has initiated major national projects in tourism and agriculture such as (Promenade, Hidden Lebanon, Discover Lebanon and Archaeological Site Maps), national tourism website, participation in local and international tourism trade shows and tourism maps of Lebanon. Its other projects also cover Information and Communication Technology (ICT), health, education, environment, cultural and income generating activities. Since 1997, Information International acts as an active consultant for INMA. INMA’s projects have proven to be successful and sustainable.

Furthermore, in order to enhance its capabilities, Information International has established in 1999 a strategic alliance in the Arabian Peninsula with SRI International (formerly, Stanford Research Institute) and Zogby International, a renown opinion poll and market research company in USA.

Through modern and effective research methodologies, Information International responds to the challenges facing the Public and private sectors in a rapidly changing Business, Political and Developmental environment.

Information International continually strives to ensure that customer and regulatory requirements are met through a system of process control and the implementation of a Quality Management System. These processes and controls seek to continually maintain and improve the effectiveness of Information International, providing assurance that the products and services offered are of the highest professional standards. Information International adheres to the guidelines set by ISO 9001:2008 and ESOMAR code of ethics through the application of the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

Information International affirms professional independence, as stipulated in the company’s approved Code of Ethics, and its commitment to the track of quality and diligence have contributed directly and positively to fulfilling the objectives of the corporations, organizations and governments by whom it was contracted.

Since 1995, and through its strong presence in Lebanon and the MENA region, Information International has completed over 300 projects from different sectors: socio-economic and needs assessment, economic development, tourism, market studies and consumer surveys, opinion polling, feasibility studies, government trade and quality enhancement, environmental studies and trainings.
