Pricing function - you can outsource your RFP creation process. We can prepare proposals, based on your client's requests; our team has the experience in working with specialized tools, such as pricing worksheets, etc. We know what questions to ask based on best practices.

Survey Programming - programming online surveys using specialized software such as ConfirmIt, Globalpark, NEBU, Net-MR, etc.; working closely with project managers during the programming process to ensure that all client's requirements are fulfilled.

Quality Assurance - preparing test scenarios and plans; testing programmed surveys to ensure their accuracy and correct data handling.

Project Management function - accepting project requirements; dealing with onsite and offsite hosted projects; set up the project using custom designed software, testing survey link; inviting respondents to a survey; monitoring the fieldwork process; closing the project once all quotas are reached.

Data processing & Analysis of Market Research Data - validating soft launch and final data, processing the data to match with clients requirements, providing the final data and all additionally requested data deliverables to the client.

Coding of open-ends - we understand and code open ended responses (verbatim): create code book based on the received data, code all answers based on the approved book. We make sure that the meanings of the answers are accurate.

Preparing Reports and Presentations - we create charts and reports - either in PowerPoint format, or in a customized format based on specific requirements. We provide reports to our clients with the level of detail as desired by them.

Panel Care - providing customer service for panel members, responding to their queries and providing help within 24 hours, whenever they have any issues with a particular survey; classify the incoming e-mails.
