Looking Glass Research is a specialist pharmaceutical/ healthcare qualitative marketing research agency, founded in March 2005 by Ron Cumberland, Anne Hogarth & Morag Holloway. Drawing upon their extensive market research & related experiences in pharmaceutical & health-related fields, the partners’ intent was to ensure that only the highest quality research outcomes are consistently delivered. This is achieved by director-only involvement at all stages of every research project: all briefings, proposal development, fieldwork, analysis, report writing & presentations are carried out only by the three principals – Looking Glass Research has no junior staff or contractors.
