Marcom-China is priimarily a fieldwork supplier offering the full range of methodologies.
Established in 1997, we have 4 offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong.
We have CATI stations in all 3 China cities, totalling around 80 now we have recently added another centre in Guangzhou.
Uniquely, we offer CATI into Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong from the lower cost base of the Mainland.

Traditionally, our niche has been B2B studies in the fields of Healthcare (physician, patient disease research) IT and Telecoms, and Financial studies, with occasional larger-scale Consumer studies. With the growth of our business and panels to aid sampling and recruitment, however, we are increasingly able to offer larger-scale (up to N=3000) consumer-related fieldwork, either using online or CLT recruitment to online methods.

Our directors place a great deal of emphasis on Quality Control and reducing costs by appropriate use of technology.
