Pacific Market Research is marketing and opinion research data collection management company founded on the principal “quality first” in 1998 by Mark Rosenkranz and Andrew Rosenkranz. For more than twelve years Pacific has been dedicated solely to providing market research data collection services to our clients, which include public and private companies, government agencies at all levels (national, state, and municipal), academic and non-profit institutions, and national and local research companies.

Our operations are located in Renton, Washington, where we have 150 CATI interviewing stations. All of our interviewing is conducted in our Renton office, and in the past 12 months we have completed more than 200,000 surveys in approximately 185,000 interviewing hours. Each year, Pacific provides data collection and recruiting services for more than 600 research projects, which are comprised of one-off custom projects and many tracking projects that vary in purpose and complexity.

To meet the needs of our clients we conduct surveys via a variety of methodologies and have an extremely strong base of experience in telephone, mail and web data collection, as well as recruiting efforts for focus groups, usability testing, recruit to web, etc. We also provide expertise in sampling, CATI programming, online programming and hosting, monitoring, validating, coding, editing, tabulation, reporting and presentation.

Pacific Market Research has successfully fielded more than 7,000 CATI data collection projects entailing varying requirements and challenges. The staff at PMR is adept at fielding and managing long term tracking studies, contacting low incidence populations, conducting sensitive subject interviews and fielding studies in foreign languages (primarily Spanish). Studies that implement sophisticated data collection protocols, lengthy questionnaires, complex logical branching, household enumeration, and random selection procedures are common at Pacific Market Research and the staff is also familiar with various probability and non-probability sampling methods.
